ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D Certified
An international standard, ISO 9001:2015 ensures that CMW Global maintains a quality management system focused on meeting customer requirements and driving continuous improvement. AS9100D builds on that foundation with added requirements for the aerospace and defense industries, including risk management, product safety, and supply chain controls.
ITAR
CMW Global is ITAR registered, meaning we are authorized to handle and manufacture defense-related articles and services regulated by the U.S. Department of State. This registration ensures we comply with strict export control laws to protect national security and prevent unauthorized access to sensitive defense technologies.
ASME U
CMW Global holds the ASME “U” Stamp certification, authorizing us to manufacture pressure vessels in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Division 1. This certification ensures our pressure vessels meet the highest standards for safety, quality, and code compliance.
NADCAP
A globally recognized accreditation that demonstrates CMW Global’s commitment to meeting strict aerospace industry standards for special processes like welding, heat treating, and non-destructive testing. NADCAP certification ensures these processes are consistently performed to the highest quality and compliance levels through rigorous third-party audits.
CWI (Certified Weld Inspector)
CMW Global’s Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) ensures all welding work meets critical quality and safety standards through expert oversight and inspection. Our in-house Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) capabilities include Level I and II for Visual Testing (VT) and Penetrant Testing (PT), with access to Level III services for VT, PT, Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT).
National Board “R”
CMW Global holds the “R” Certificate of Authorization from the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, allowing us to perform repairs and alterations on pressure-retaining items. This certification ensures all work meets strict safety standards and is conducted in accordance with the National Board Inspection Code (NBIC).
NAVSEA
CMW Global is qualified to perform work in accordance with NAVSEA (Naval Sea Systems Command) standards, which govern the design, construction, and repair of U.S. Navy ships and submarines. This qualification demonstrates our ability to meet the Navy’s rigorous requirements for quality, documentation, and technical precision.
