Joined CMW Global in 1986. Strategic alignment of CMW’s value proposition and market opportunities. Sales team leadership, sales Management, customer satisfaction, business development, and market analysis.

Tom LaBarbara
Joined CMW Global in 2008. Focused on Manufacturing and Engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from NCSU. Experience in Engineering, Facilities, and Manufacturing.

Richard Prince
Joined CMW Global in 2008. Focused on financial reporting, accounting, and H.R. He has a B.S. in Business Management and an M.S. in Accounting, both from East Carolina University. Experience includes manufacturing, management, and public accounting
Engineering Manager
Mark Seelman
Joined CMW Global as an intern in 2011 and earned the promotion to Engineering Manager in 2021. Leads our Engineering Department including customer design implementation, project planning, project cost estimating, and drafting activities. Mark received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from East Carolina University.
Manufacturing Manager
EJ Paszt
Joined CMW Global in 2021. Leads our Production Team, scheduling, and resource planning. EJ is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and spent much of his career in the textile industry before joining CMW Global.
Quality Manager
Scott Woolard
Joined CMW Global in 2022. Leads the administration and implementation of our Total Quality Systems staff and activities. These include compliance with various industry quality standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP, and ASME Section 8. Scott spent much of his career in the Nuclear Air Filtration industry prior to joining CMW Global.
