Lindsey A. Crisp, CPA, CGMA
Lindsey A. Crisp joined CMW Global in 2005. He is a 1994 graduate of East Carolina University's business school, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting (BSA). His professional focus includes strategic planning, provision of resources, organizational growth, and development. His background includes key leadership roles in manufacturing, finance, and public accounting industries.

Melissa Simons
Melissa Simons joined CMW Global in 1996. She focuses on the strategic alignment of CMW's value proposition and market opportunities. Her expertise encompasses sales team leadership, sales management, customer satisfaction, business development, and market analysis.
Vice President of Operations
Tom LaBarbera
Tom LaBarbera joined CMW Global in 2008. He is focused on Manufacturing and Engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University (NCSU). His professional experience spans Engineering, Facilities, and Manufacturing.
Chief Financial Officer
Richard Prince
Richard Prince joined CMW Global in 2008. He is focused on financial reporting, accounting, and Human Resources. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Science in Accounting, both from East Carolina University. His professional experience includes manufacturing, management, and public accounting.
Engineering Manager
Mark Seelman
Mark joined CMW Global as an intern in 2011 and earned the promotion to Engineering Manager in 2021. He leads our Engineering Department including customer design implementation, project planning, project cost estimating, and drafting activities. Mark received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from East Carolina University.
Manufacturing Manager
EJ Paszt
EJ joined CMW Global in 2021. He leads our Production Team, scheduling, and resource planning. EJ is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and spent much of his career in the textile industry before joining CMW Global.
Quality Manager
Scott Woolard
Scott joined CMW Global in 2022. He leads the administration and implementation of our Total Quality Systems staff and activities. These include compliance with various industry quality standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP, and ASME Section 8. Scott spent much of his career in the Nuclear Air Filtration industry prior to joining CMW Global.
