Our balancing tools are soft-bearing systems that can balance parts up to six feet in diameter and weigh up to 5,000 pounds. We employ static and dual-plane dynamic balancing to reduce vibration, extend bearing life, and reduce structural stresses.

Effective weld processes that restore worn areas from fluid cavitation, excessive vibration, abrasion, and general wear through our proven weld build-up practices.

After weld repair we utilize our precision machining capabilities to restore your equipment to its original dimensions.

CMW also offers certified balance reports upon request on all fabricated and refurbished equipment.
