From Japan’s oldest and most experienced manufacturer, our Nomura Horizontal Boring Mill is cast from high-grade iron that has been hardened and hand-scraped to perfection. Running 300% straighter than Japanese Industrial Standards require, this exceptional machine creates components with uncompromising accuracy that exceeds any normal standard. Its precision is crucial for chemical industry components where tolerances measured in thousandths of an inch can mean the difference between reliable operation and catastrophic failure.

Lucas Horizontal Boring Mill
Our Lucas Boring Mill provides high-performance machining with maximum versatility. Capable of machining workpieces up to 20 tons, this powerful machine is essential for creating the large-scale components required in chemical processing equipment. With horizontal cross measurements of 114 inches, longitudinal in/out of 84 inches, and vertical up/down of 72 inches, we can handle even the most substantial fabrication requirements for reactors, pressure vessels, and other critical chemical processing equipment.

Manufactured according to ISO 9001:2008 standards and certified by TUV, our Union Horizontal Boring Mill delivers exceptional precision for chemical industry components. Stanko Lathe
One of the most essential machines in our shop, the Stanko Lathe is engineered for cutting with extreme precision. Its ground and stabilized steel bed and sealed ball bearings on the spindle enable us to achieve the surface finishes and dimensional accuracy critical for components used in corrosive chemical environments. With a 40-inch chuck diameter and 312-inch overall length capacity, we can create precision-turned components for even the largest chemical processing systems.

HAAS 45L CNC Lathe
Designed from the ground up for flexibility, extreme rigidity, and high thermal stability, our HAAS 45L CNC Lathe is particularly valuable for chemical industry applications. With an 18-inch chuck, 34.5-inch swing over bed, and 80-inch overall length, this machine provides the precision turning capabilities essential for creating components that can withstand the harsh environments of chemical processing. Its 12-station turret with hydraulic clamping ensures exceptional accuracy and repeatability.

Sigma-Tos Lathe

Bullard Vertical Turret Lathe

This machine’s vertical configuration allows gravity to assist in holding heavy workpieces, resulting in exceptional precision and surface finish for these critical components.
