Carver Machine Works has an immediate need for a Master Machinist to join our production and engineering department.  Qualified candidate will possess a minimum of five years experience operating manual machines such as vertical turret lathes and horizontal boring mills.  Must have ability to read and interpret blueprints, work within tight tolerances, and use precision measuring instruments.  Prefer experience with Titanium, Aluminum, Hastelloy, stainless steel and inconel.

Carver Machine Works has an immediate need for Fabricator / Welders to join our production and engineering department. Successful candidates will join a fast paced, challenging work environment and should have fabrication experience in the development and layout of materials and sequence of operations to include positioning, alignment, fitting and tacking.Must also have experience in mig, tig and stick welding applications including flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions. Prefer experience with ASME and AWS certifications, including Aluminum, Titanium and Stainless Steels.

Carver Machine Works has an immediate need for an ASME Project Manager to join our production and engineering department.  Qualified candidate will have working knowledge of layout and calculating software and 8-10 years minimum experience in the management of ASME pressure vessel code projects specific to tanks and heat exchangers.  Broad understanding of ASME and AWS code standards, weld procedures, and material certifications required. Experience using AutoCad and Solidworks modeling software preferred.  Job duties include interpretation of customer drawings and specifications, estimation of projects from inception to completion to include generation of bills of materials, purchase requisitions, labor duration and work center requirements.
